What Is It?

Explanation: Developed by John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth, Attachment Theory explores how early relationships with caregivers shape our future relationships. The four attachment styles are Secure, Anxious, Avoidant, and Disorganized (Fearful-Avoidant) Attachment.
